Dunkin Donuts - Hartsville

We pick up donuts often from this location. It's usually a 5 star across the board establishment. The low service note at this time is due to food handling sanitation by an employee. Her fingernails extended over an inch past her finger tips. This should not be allowed when handling food. Also the one with the over extended fingernails was also taking the order and had a very hard time understanding what we said. I do apologize for knowing only English. I do hope management reads this and makes needed changes to improve food handling protocol. Appearance and presentation does matter.

Last couple times I've had coffee there it tasted burnt.

I never eat here but that morning I was out of coffee. Last time that happened I went to Starbucks for the first time. I asked for regular coffee, cream only, I don't like sweet coffee. I don't know what they did but the coffee was sweet. I think the creamer they use is sweet but again, not everyone likes sweet coffee. Dunkin did not disappoint. The creamer was perfect and I got one of the best cups of coffee I've had in a long time. Ordered a breakfast sandwich also and loved it. Good bye Starbucks, Dunkin is better!
