The customer service here is outstanding, the coffee is always fresh, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting!

I have to say, this place has the most amazing staff. They genuinely care about their customers. Even though I could go to another gas station with lower prices, it’s the fantastic staff that keeps me coming back. Bonnie and Amber make me feel like family instead of just being customers at a gas station. It feels like stepping into your own living room. They greet you with smiles and warm hugs, and the coffee is always fresh.

I cannot recommend this restaurant to job seekers. The atmosphere is quite chaotic, and the supervisor displays an unprofessional attitude towards the staff. I was let go simply for mentioning that the manager was in jail. Additionally, the supervisor falsely accused me of reporting our manager's situation to Hartsville, even though I don't know anyone there and have never lived there. It's all very confusing. Thankfully, I found a much better job in a supportive and positive environment. I'm sharing my experience to help future employees avoid any potential problems. This place definitely needs new management or a new general manager.

I stopped by to pick up some cigarettes and ended up grabbing a few donuts as well. When I got to the counter, I decided to buy a whole carton. I asked the cashier for the price, and it totaled over $43. I pulled out a $100 bill, but she told me she couldn't provide change. When I asked if she didn’t have $60 in the register, she said no. Thinking the manager wasn’t available to help, I ended up using my credit card for the purchase. After I gathered my items, I realized I had requested regular shorts, but she told me that was all they had. Seriously? You couldn’t have mentioned that before I paid? Ugh... I won’t be coming back.

The management at this restaurant is quite uninviting. Right from the moment you walk in, it’s clear that they have little interest in being there. Additionally, if you attempt to raise an issue with a manager over the phone, they may hang up on you without warning. Even though they work in customer service, their demeanor says otherwise. I won’t be coming back here!
