Subway - Harvest

When I approached the counter, I was neither acknowledged nor greeted by the employee. Instead, they simply stared at me.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The two servers were very friendly and attentive. The place was spotlessly clean and the food was fresh. I loved it!

I had a frustrating experience at the Subway location in Harvest Square. I tried ordering through the app in search of faster service, only to find out that none of the offers or voucher codes they had sent me could be used. This was a major letdown, as I ended up with a coupon that ultimately led to disappointment. When I tried to edit my meal to accommodate my allergies, the adjustments were reset without my knowledge. The service at the Harvest Square site was ridiculous, as they refused to remake my sandwich that I couldn't eat due to my allergies, simply because it was ordered online.

Best subway in Madison as far as customer service and food quality is concerned. The staff mostly consists of HS teens but there are some adults that work there as well; all have really good attitudes. However the turnover rate seems to be high as I rarely see the sameFolks more than 2-3 times and we visit this Subway once a week. We never have issues with food, service or anything. Now their drink machine has been down for over 6 months which is ridiculous, so you’ll be limited to basic sprite and coke.

LOVE the location and it being close to my school makes it the better and easier to get to. The staff there are very understanding and tend to be quiet friendly towards everyone even when rushed. The food there is also pretty good. Enough to where the curtain items sell out later into the nights. I feel this place deserves a 5/5 on any subject
