Ev was excellent and the 8-piece Chicken Meal was delicious, better than your competitors, honestly. Even my 87-year-old mom agreed.

The sauce on the chicken sandwich was too spicy, even though I didn't ask for it to be. The coleslaw didn't taste fresh.

KFC should consider changing their cooking oil. The 8 pc. Chicken Famous Bowl, Classic Chicken Sandwich, and all other chicken items have a dark batter due to the old cooking oil, resulting in a strange taste. It seems to be a lack of effort from the workers, as they should know when the oil needs to be changed.

They were very rude to the DoorDash driver, the driver had to argue with them to make the food. The fries were hours old.

The chicken was greasy and sweaty. This is the first time my chicken ever been like this. Maybe it the store.
