Pizza Hut - Harvey

Ordering here is a delight! They never make a mistake, and the personal touch of always greeting me by name adds a special touch. Extremely pleased with the service. Keep it up!

Wrong things undercooked and overcooked. Breadsticks were over brown and hard. Cinnamon sticks for way too soft on the inside and undercooked. Pizza Head 2 in across around the edges of a square cuts. And somewhere there must have been an accident with the apple pies because they were all smashed.

Ordered a pizza for delivery…. Complete wrong order arrived …. The store would not pick up the phone to help rectify the problem…. brought the order back and the manager was rude and dismissive…. Offered no refund or credit …. Brutal service.

The large Supreme Pan Pizza I ordered and paid for unfortunately did not have the full compliment of the five ingredients. It looked like a $17.00 cheese pizza. Do better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible service!! I did not receive my delivery order and Michelle when I called to request my refund hung up on me. Once I called back they said they were going to give me my refund and after waiting three business days, I called back and again Michelle answered and said I wouldn't get my refund and hung up. She was very rude! They always take way longer than order should.
