The Seal Pub Cafe - Harwich

Visiting from out of town and my friend and I stopped here for lunch! So glad we did.We sat at the bar. The bartender, Patrick, was awesome. He was attentive, answered our questions about the menu, offered advice on our menu choices, and steered us in the right direction.The food was excellent and plentiful large portions. We shared the deep fried mac and cheese bites. We both commented that they were the best we ever had.As somebody who worked in similar places for a good part of my life, one thing I'm very observant of is cleanliness. The place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! No dusty liquor bottles and everything behind the bar was immaculate.Highly recommend this establishment.

We hadn’t planned to eat in Harwich but stumbled across this. It’s a lovely independent business with very friendly and helpful staff. We sat inside although there were plenty of options outside. The pizza was some of the best I’ve ever eaten! The cheesesteak and club sandwich were also outstanding, as was the coffee. We left very happy and will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area.
