Portillo's Harwood Heights

I went in to get some fries to go but was disappointed that they weren't hot.

Excellent service and friendly staff. There's plenty of parking available, and the store is spacious. The drive-thru is quick and efficient. Well done!

If you're visiting from out of town, it's a nice place to check out, but if you're a Chicago local, it can get repetitive pretty quickly. It's worth a visit about once a month.

Kathy made our experience a wonderful time. I had 2 tired kids with me and she was very kind, attentive, and added to an enjoyable meal after my son's baseball game. Every employee should strive to be like Kathy. Thank you very much!

Portillos is always my go-to when I visit Chicago, good subs but this experience was different, service was kinda rude except for the owner
