I would strongly advise against visiting any Dunkin' after my experience there. It was disappointing in every way.
This is the third time I’ve ordered my coffee in advance, specifically asking for oat milk due to my almond allergy. However, yesterday, I noticed the barista pouring almond milk into my cup before handing it to me. When I pointed out my order for oat milk, she smiled and said it was almond milk, asserting that it was the same price. I returned the coffee to her, reminding her of my allergy, but she just laughed and mumbled something while she prepared a black coffee for me. She didn’t even offer to refund the upcharge for the milk I didn’t receive. There have been instances in the past where I was at least informed when picking up my coffee that they had used almond milk instead of oat milk, but I’ve never been compensated for it. While I appreciate that they told me at times, it seems this mix-up happens frequently, and thankfully, it hasn’t caused me serious issues. It’s utterly ridiculous that they don’t take allergies seriously and assume that oat milk and almond milk are the same! They are not!
The restaurant had plenty of staff, but they spent most of their time chatting with each other. I experienced a long wait in line before my order was taken correctly.
Waited 9 minutes (with no one in front of me) to be served. There was only one person working, and she spent all her time filling call in orders. Ridiculous! Either go back and forth between call in and walk in, it have another person helpingcustomers.
