Kfc - Hasbrouck Heights

Disappointed again 5pm and no pot pies. This is the third time I've visited this store and was given the same answer You'll need to wait 20 minutes When I asked why I was told we sell alot of them, we just sold 3 before you. Last week I was told we sold 2before you. If it's such a hit item, MAKE MORE. I then ordered a 2 piece white meal, and guess what I got dark meat. Guess KFCIS OFF MY LIST.

I work in the area and will be using Popeyes instead for my chicken cravings from now on. Four times this past month my food order has been incorrect. One time there was this African American young female working the drive up window. She has a horribleattitude and neglected to take my order correctly. Then she forgot items. I went the other day for my lunch break and the olderwhite woman with the shaky voice at the pick up gave me a completely different order than I wanted. No one was behind me itwasn't someone else's, they just don't care about customer service. From what the reviews look like, the manager is a POS so I'mnot interested in going back to this establishment. There are plenty of food joints within 2-5-10 minutes of this garbage.

It's okay, the pretty girl Nvonya who works the register is Always very Nice Curtious when I come in she works hard I usually stop in for Dinner from work and my service is Always Great and I Always Thank her for her Great Service. Overall, I have nocomplaints, Great Service at kfc, Hard workers should be Rewarded.

Very nice interior, great tables and booths! Clean restaurant, newly renovated, good service. We ate in, food was excellent ???? ????????

I was picking up food and the place was clean and the workers were nice. That?s all you can ask for. Chicken sandwich was decent.
