This place is incredible! As a truck driver visiting Texas for the first time, I found myself parked by the roadside waiting to be unloaded in the morning. With no driving time left on my log, I couldn’t go anywhere for food and was really hungry. I called Jim’s Pizza and explained my situation, and they went above and beyond by delivering the pizza right to my truck! The customer service was outstanding—definitely a five-star experience. The best part? The pizza tastes AMAZING! Thank you so much for the delivery; I really appreciate it!

I ordered a lasagna with white sauce, but what I got was pasta topped with ranch dressing instead of the expected sauce. It was definitely the most unpleasant pasta dish I've ever tasted.

The restaurant is very clean, the staff is excellent, and the pizza is delicious. I can’t wait to return!

Me. Jim?s in Haslet as gone done hill fast. First they overcharged me a lot and today it?s been 2 1/2 hours since I ordered and they still haven?t left the store. They tried to blame it on the fact that they were busy but they didn?t bother to call. This is not good. They have made too many mistakes and expect me too pay for it and I think it?s time to move on to their competitors.

The pizza was extremely disappointing. The online ordering system was ineffective, and placing an order over the phone was an unpleasant experience with the staff. The food was the worst we've ever had, and we won't be returning. I wish we could rate it with zero stars. Service: Takeout.
