Toilets dirty dirty nasty smelly Ordered a coffee, spoon so dirty dirty brown color. (see photo) Plateau on which the coffee is placed. Not washed in years. Coffee bag dirty and filthy. I have catering experience, never seen anything like this in my life. Shame on you.......... Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The waiter (bald and ginger beard made inappropriate jokes, and very rude when no one laughed. We (6 people just sat down and arrived immediately without having decided what we wanted, as we had said. The waiter came after 20 minutes and commented 'Are you still going to order? ' (GROSS TONE!! . We wanted to pay per 2, but we were arrogantly told that this was not possible. We understand that it is sometimes busy and it is more difficult to give separate bills, but it was not very busy. We will NOT come back here again! We have been coming to the Koestal for years and we have never had any problems. It 's a shame that it had to end this way.
