Prime rib was fatty, ordered chili instead of salad and it was lukewarm,

They have always had great food, we went for food and didn't get any because it was about 4 pm and we could not order steaks until after 5 as they didn't have"that grill"turned up yet. So we had a drink and went elsewhere.

So hot in there I had to leave. Why are the ceiling fans also off? Food is great, but can't enjoy being in there. I'll get it to go next time

The service was really bad. As in, the waitress straight up ignored us most of the time and when she finally asked for our food orders 30 minutes after seating us and getting our drinks, she took our glasses for refills. 10 minutes later, my brother had to go get our drinks back for us as she's back to ignoring us. But the steaks, when they finally arrived were melt in your mouth perfect. So we tipped the cooks

Hannah was an amazing server. great service, great food, great atmosphere 10/10
