Subway - Hastings

I would love to say that I received the best customer service at this store! A young man helped me with my order and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I had an order with multiple specifics and menu changes. This young man did not hesitate to do and happily completed every single request I had! He also recommended helpful options for what I was trying to accomplish and never even once did he not have a smile on his face, never seemed frustrated or inconvenienced, was absolutely happy to help with anything I asked and requested! Not to mention, while he was making my order, we had a very lovely conversation about him being in highschool, on the football lacrosse teams, spring break, our favorite subs, my son attending the same school and more! He is an absolutely amazing and well rounded young man! His boss and parents should absolutely be proud of him, his skills, his personality, and his work ethic!! I would visit this Subway a lot more often if this young man was always there to help me! He was an absolute delight to deal with. I just wish I would have asked his name, but we were just too busy talking! Lol. Well done young man! Many other people could definitely take many lessons from you! ?. Good luck with graduation! I went to sit down here with my service dog to wait for a friend to get done shopping after I bought a bottle at the Walmart liquor store, which was still in the bag so he,(the manager at subway) could tell I was a customer of Walmart, and the bald bigger set manager yells at me to get out with my dog and telling me it doesn't have a vest so it's not a service dog, you need to leave. I told him I'm just waiting for my friend I won't be long, he continued to yell at me and asked me if I wanted him to call the police, I said go ahead, I know my rights, I'm not doing anything wrong, when the cop got there he verified my service dog, he said that the manager said he didn't want me there if I wasn't going to buy anything, I told the cop he never said anything about buying anyone to stay a sitting there, so he lied to the police officer and then I did leave on the note of I wasn't going to buy anything after that... I'm not buy from any subway anymore, I had a bad sandwich from the Cannon Falls, MN location while I was on break today at work

I’m giving it 3 stars because the manager is awesome but the kids that work there tried to over charge me $19.19 for a six inch and a medium drink WHAT?!? Definitely needs to be talked to about that took place about 5:50 on 9/22/21 that’s crazy and every time I come in I’m having to wait cuz both ppl are always in the back I like Michelle she is awesome !

4 sandwiches ordered, all were not made right, and one had little to no meat in it pretty much only veggies.
