Crystal was extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend the Hastings location at all. The service, hospitality, and attitude were all terrible. I will definitely not be going back.

Do not waste your money here, as they frequently mix up orders and cannot even heat up their food properly. This is currently the worst place in town by far! McDonald's is a much better option.

We've been coming to these Applebees for many years. Through all lack of staff in the pandemic, they managed to keep things together. Our recent visit was undoubtedly the best visit we had there. What made the visit so unforgettable was our server, Leigha. Without a question, it is the most attentive, pleasant and efficient server we had there! The food was nice and hot, delicious and quickly brought us out. Enjoy a visit in the near future!
