According to two different groups of Chinese diners, Kipper is by far the best. The establishment is nice and clean, the food is delicious, and the staff are truly wonderful.

Very nice food .one of the best takeaways places in hastings.can be busy at times due to popular shop.Better than KFC. BE nice to the staff.
