Basil Blue - Hastings

I do want to mention, though, that one member of our party (who shall remain nameless) decided to up the heat level of my dish, which wasn't their fault at all. The red duck paired with coconut rice was simply superb, and I polished it off completely. I do want to give a shout-out to the Hastings MFB Fire Department for their prompt assistance in cooling my mouth afterward. As a public note, I can't help but think of "payback" as a fitting word in this situation. Overall, it was an awesome night out with fantastic friends. I've traveled around the world and dined at incredible restaurants, including those in Thailand, but I discovered this hidden gem in Hastings... it's the best Thai food I've ever tasted! The staff were also incredibly kind and attentive. I will definitely return for more of this delicious food. Thank you so much for the wonderful meal! I give it 5 stars!

The food was absolutely fantastic, and the service was outstanding. We are extremely discerning when it comes to quality food and service, and we simply can't rate this restaurant highly enough.

The food here is just to die for..... fresh produce and absolutely excellent service. Madam Tuk is the highlight!

Best Thai food around, the staff are friendly and fun to have a chat with they make you feel very welcome just like family, I can not recommend BASIL Blue high enough it is fantastic and delicious, cant wait for my next visit
