Doms Ice Cream - Hastings

Seriously the best ice cream in town. Doughnuts are cooked in front of you and are little fluffy pillows of deliciousness, with lashings of sauce on the side. To quote the late great Tina Turner: Simply the best, better than all the rest...

Bought some donuts today and was thoroughly disappointed. They looked lovely but tasted like they’d been cooked in old oil which left a horrible oily after taste. Only ate one and put the rest in the bin. No time to go back as was in a hurry. The guy who served me was super friendly though.

Fantastic choice of flavours salted caramel and pistachio are the winners great location and very friendly staff.

We came here for ice cream and we were very pleased with the selection of flavours available. Brought a pot of salted caramel and blackcurrants and cream, as well as a double coloured Mr Whippy ice cream with a flake. All ice cream was a very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and there was also a good choice of other food available such as donuts and snacks. We were disappointed it wasn't opened the following morning when we returned for another scoop.

Tried three flavours for Doms ice-cream/gelato (cherries and cream; honeycomb and caramel; rum and raisin) over three days at £2.60 for a scoop in a cone. Different flavours were available each day. The first two I tried were excellent, but I could not taste any rum (or even rum flavouring) in the “rum and raisin”, I also found portion sizes very inconsistent.
