Muffin Break - Hastings

I have been getting my Magic Bags from this restaurant for several months, but recently the bags have changed and the contents no longer meet the £15.00 value that is promised. After complaining to Too Good To Go, I was refunded for my purchase. It seems they may not realize that this practice amounts to theft by misrepresentation. They should be grateful that they are not tossing out the food and are actually making some money. This feels like a greedy approach to charging too high a price for subpar offerings. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from you again. Additionally, I've noticed that your staff has become quite rude and aggressive, unlike the friendly service I experienced before.

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. They serve great coffee, sandwiches, and muffins. The restaurant is easily accessible for those in wheelchairs, and there are customer restrooms, including one that is specifically designed for disabled individuals.

It’s a challenging environment to create an inviting atmosphere, given its location in a rather dull shopping mall. However, the service was outstanding—attentive and polite. The coffee and muffin were fresh and delightful.

Four sandwiches and four milkshakes, £33, seems a bit on the steep side. Vanilla milkshakes were nice but the chocolate was pretty awful. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

Very good customer service. Food was delicious will 100% come back. Great coffee , lovely muffins , a lot of varieties of what to have. Will definitely be back
