Ocean Spice - Hastings

Had a take away Christmas Eve and it was so dry and tasteless. We have eaten in the restaurant many times and always found it to be lovely. Three of the six of us had an upset tummy after, has put us off now. After spending £86 on a take away you expect a reply from the restaurant, but haven’t heard anything back from them.

I ordered takeout since some family members were sick and we couldn't make our reservation. I will definitely be booking again next week. The food arrived quickly, hot, and fresh. I don't understand why anyone would complain - it was the best Indian food I've had in years, from any restaurant. The dishes were top-notch, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. It was a delight for all the senses. Thank you very much, I am excited to dine in at your restaurant for the full authentic experience.

On arrival greeted by member of staff with big smile who showed us to table believe guy who took our orders and looked after us all evening was Shane very friendly knowledgeable and professional made our evening most enjoyable as did rest of staff.The restaurant has a great ambiance is spotlessly clean and well laid out.The food was amazing nicely presented and ample portions .In conclusion a lovely evening out we will return.

The staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. We had starters and a main course and both were absolutely delicious. All were presented elegantly and would go as far as saying possibly the best curry we’ve had, thank you so much.

This was our first time at this lovely restaurant and it was a really pleasant experience. The menu was quite extensive and I managed to try something I hadn't had before. I particularly liked the way we were treated by the people that served us. The prices were pretty much commensurate with most Indian restaurants these days but certainly worth the quality of the food we sampled. Unfortunately we're not often in this neck of the woods but will visit again if we come back.
