Pizza Go Go - Hastings

Really rude staff and took a long time for my pizza to arrive , could do better at customer skills which were non existent

We come here most weekends as we get good value for money, the only reason we come here tbf. But lately we haven’t been happy there seems to be a new manager here who is so rude and rude to his stuff the guy who used to run it who is still there he is a nice guy but the newer guy that is here has no people skills. My main reason for this review is that I was out on hold for 6 minutes then still they never picked up the phone, I tried to call back no answer I’ve now come into the shop where I have to wait for over 20 minutes. Again the manager is so rude to his staff

Absolutely shocking service. My friend and I are regular customers here however tonight we ordered cheesy garlic bread (warm) along with Cookie squares (warm) and a piece of cake ice cream. When it turned up the food was SO cold. We rang the shop and the guy on the phone said that our order was pretty much not a priority because we didn’t specifically order pizza, so I asked him this is your excuse for sending me freezing cold food and he said yes!!! I am appalled by this, we bought the garlic bread for the sake of making up the delivery charge and this is what we get!!!! The guy was rude and the food was far to cold, will never order again.

Was very nice pizza, it had a lot of flavour and character. Pepperoni was v nice. Thomas the Tankska was very impressed

Fast, hot and fresh. A little under done for my tastes if I'm being super critical. Kids loved it though!
