The Anchor Public House - Hastings

I always make it a point to visit this restaurant. It is a lovely place with excellent food, service, and atmosphere, all rated 5 out of 5.

The staff were very welcoming and the pub is in a great location. I will definitely be returning. The price per person is around £20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere all received top marks. I highly recommend trying the Sunday Roast.

We called here at midday for food. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children and we were seated on a big table by a friendly lady behind the bar who took our drinks order. The food was very nice. I ordered the smoked mackerel with new potatoes and salad and it was extremely good. The menu said it was local and it certainly tasted fresh. I would recommend it. Food: 5 Service: 4
