I shared my experience with my girlfriend, who then called to file a complaint. She was met with a dismissive response, essentially being told to “have a great rest of your life.” It’s absurd that ordering breakfast turned into such a negative experience, especially when I was trying to be considerate by checking their availability. UPDATE: In response to your unprofessional behavior, I want to clarify that I won’t apologize for trying to place a food order. Your staff's hurried and rude demeanor made me feel uncomfortable. I’m not going to eat at a place where the staff doesn’t know how to treat customers, even over a simple phone call. You acknowledged that the manager was in a hurry, which shows there was an issue. Both of us left reviews because your manager continued to act unprofessionally, responding to my girlfriend with the same attitude, even concluding with a dismissive “have a nice life." That behavior was completely rude and unprofessional. For the record, she specifically told me that they weren’t busy and had only two dishes being prepared. If this continues, I may feel the need to report this to the Better Business Bureau, especially since it seems like there’s an attempt to downplay or cover up what happened. There was no justification for her impatience, and I did nothing wrong. Please ensure this is included in your report.

Worse experience ever. Was looking forward to trying this place out. My boyfriend called to make an order and the manager asked how many eggs he wanted for the special when the special called for 3 eggs. Than I called to make a complaint and the manager was rude to me on the phone. When I told her that she isn’t going to get my business she told me to have a good rest of my life. I work with the public and I would never have told my clients to have good rest of there life’s when they aren’t happy. Just rude. Maybe need people who work there knows how to work with the Public.
