Jean-Marc Gareau's Sugar Shack offers the opportunity to dine in a traditional sugar shack. To date, it is the most authentic cuisine I have tasted with friends in a warm atmosphere. The luxury of this little corner is its authentic simplicity and the most sincere cuisine. Please note that reservations are required and it is only open one year to the next. It is wheelchair accessible, and the hostess does her best to accommodate food allergies.
