Baskin-robbins - Hattiesburg

It was close to closing, but the staff was still very nice and polite. Ice cream was good.

I've been enjoying Baskin Robin's since the early 70's....and it never fails to be a wonderful experience! I love the different ice creams. The folks who work there are always cheerful and friendly. Very Berry Strawberry and Chocolate Almond in a waffle cone....doesn't get any better.

Wow, who doesn't like ice cream!?! We love to come here!! The staff is extremely friendly, they make us shakes or smoothies from just about anything we ask them to even when the combinations are a little weird. The store itself is always nice and clean and the ice-cream cakes are just as good as the ice-cream itself. The prices can be a little high but it really depends on what you order. I would definitely recommend Baskin-Robbins.

Baking Robbins ice cream is always good, but this store has ridiculously incompetent and non customer friendly staff. They have no concept of customer service, and it seemed they couldn't care less whether people were happy and satisfied. Store was generally clean enough, but definitely need to clean the floor better, and consider wiping tables down once in a while. Several visits have all left the same impression

Baskin and Robbins is good old-fashioned American ice cream at its finest. My family doesn't eat a lot of ice cream but when we go out for ice cream we like Baskin and Robbins. Our all-time favorite is just the simple hot fudge sundae with whipped cream and a cherry on top!
