Kfc - Hattiesburg

Wow! KFC has really gone down. This used to be the best chicken now its horrible and customer service even worse.

Had absolutely nothing available when I went in 45 minutes before closing. Haven't stopped by this KFC in years and will not be back. Do not recommend it at all.

My son and I, both chicken snobs, had to try the new chicken sandwich. He got the big box original sandwich, 3 sides and a drink 9$, I got the reg spicy combo for 7$. They have got popeyes beat hands down, sandwich great chicken, big and cookedperfectly, and fresh, roll is better, pickles better, spicy sauce better. Fries are out of this world good, crispy, coated, andfresh. Mac n cheese great . Bye popeyes

We noticed we didnt have to wait for our food to be done and was out pretty quickly. I opened the mashed potatoes and gravy and it looked old and tasted sour. Started eating the chicken and its like they gave us the left overs because they were very dryand the skin tasted very old. The only thing good was the biscuits. Very disappointing.
