Krispy Kreme - Hattiesburg

I had an excellent experience with customer service on November 23rd, thanks to the older Black manager who was working in the drive-thru on the holiday. He truly deserves a salary increase for his hard work! We should consider that employees and managers also have their own lives and homes, especially on holidays.

The donuts are fantastic. However, I had a really unpleasant experience. I felt like I was treated like a child rather than an adult, and the staff lacked insight and respect. It was disappointing to encounter inattentive service and a general lack of appreciation for my presence as a customer. It felt like they didn’t care about being there.

These donuts are consistently delicious and worth raving about. The service is fantastic, and everyone has likely tried to compare them to Krispy Kreme, but in my opinion, there's simply no other donut that compares. These are truly melt-in-your-mouth treats!

I love their donuts. on Sunday, October 16th, the pregnant girl, however, was very rude when she had our order on the car thru and had a terrible attitude. if people edit the window, they must have customer service skills. Maybe she should hang the floor instead of helping customers.

Great experience. They were out of some seasonal items. Drive thru was pretty fast.
