Contribuisci feedbackMy experience at Starbucks was just as I anticipated. I ordered the cool lime drink, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. Even though I'm sure it was prepared correctly, the flavor tasted too much like mouthwash for my liking. I wouldn't recommend it!
The staff were not helpful, and what I received as coffee was merely warm milk, not the real thing. This has been my worst experience at Starbucks. EDIT: I decided to give them another shot, but I'm still very let down. This time, my coffee was filled with coffee grounds. There's nothing more frustrating than dealing with those pesky little gritty bits!
I consistently receive the wrong order whenever I go to this restaurant. The woman writing on my cup seems to be distracted. I specifically requested a white mocha with two pumps of toffee nut, but instead, I ended up with an iced caramel macchiato that had double the pumps of vanilla and white mocha. Not impressive at all.
It has been two months since I first contacted you, and I just checked the Insecam website again. Your camera is still live. Don’t you care that strangers could be watching you through these unsecured cameras? I initially reached out with good intentions, but since nothing has been done, I'm changing my review to one star. It seems you aren't taking this issue seriously. For proof, I’ve attached an image I captured on August 31, 2021, at 10:00. You can clearly see what I see—I can see you.
I visited a Starbucks for the first time and discovered the hard way that they don't accept cash, with no explanation provided. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, which was much nicer than I had expected.
