From Canada this was most definitely the finest dining experience of my life. Wonderful atmosphere and the most amazing food. A must experience for lovers of fine dining.

About the restaurant Diergardt's cooler reason and its hospitality you don't need to say much. Directly after the entrance, a relaxed hygge atmosphere (we were there in winter) spreads and you feel like on holiday. 5 stars are far from enough. The service was always nice, courteous and competent. Despite full restaurant, unstressed very friendly service. Generally everything works very family, which made the visit so special. Today the restaurant is run in 3rd generation by Philipp Diergardt. The dishes were prepared with love and tastefully sensational. The top ingredients stand out clearly. The wine map is also phenomenal. We had to look twice at the low prices and ask the service whether it was a printing error. Conclusion: The restaurant offers pure enjoyment and enjoyment at a very high level with the right mix of soil and sophistication. Thanks for an unforgettable evening.

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, attentive service. A real gem of a find… we came all the way from cologne and were very pleased.
