We stayed in Bad Krozingen last year and intended to visit the Adler as it was recommended by the lady we were staying with. We never got round to is last year but made the effort this time. It is a minute walk from...the town centre. The waitress was very friendly and although she could not speak English and us very little German she made us feel very welcome. We had seen the Pfifferling menus in a few places and not really knowing what these were the waitress brought the lovely orangey/yellow mushroom from the kitchen to show us. The crisps fresh salads were served and they had a lovely dressing which made them very tasty, My husband had to try the schweinbraten with pfifferling which he said was delicious. We really enjoyed our food and the only thing I would say is that the Adler is a little more expensive than other restaurants but the food was indeed excellent.
