One of the best privately owned restaurants that I ate at while in Cuba. Fine dining at it's best. Food so delicious, and plated beautifully. Highly recommended.
Just got back from Cuba the other day, the tour I was on had dinner here the last night. Really good, not crazy huge portions (like all the family style other places we ate , but really good food. warm bread to begin, Fish, shrimp, chicken, pork options for the main course, and a delicious Mamey (a local fruit I have not heard of, a quick google gives a fuller name of Mamey Sapote ice cream. Nice outdoor seating, lovely Paladar. Would go again....
Beautiful Restaurant! The food was delicious and you need to order the Pineapple Ice Cream for dessert. My favorite place to eat while I was in Cuba.
Highly recommended! This restaurant is included into the 30 more famous in havana! For that reason you must book in advanced! Alamesa's website is making reservations. You gotta go to alamesacuba dot com and search for places accepting reservations. It is not available for every restaurant because some of them do not take reservations. they solve the problem because making reservations in restaurants in Cuba is quite difficult. See the website alamesacuba.
