This restaurant is really cozy and beautiful, and as mentioned before a reservation is required. there is, however, almost nothing vegetarian on the menu, you can tear and drill and get a chickpea stew and that's it. when we asked about vegetarian ropa vieja, which we read here that you could order, the waiter laughed about us. eating was good, but if they wanted something different than next-courts, I would recommend them to look elsewhere.
I went to doña eutimia twice during my stay in Cuba. it was nice to load in the position, some black bohnen (frijoles negros,) and even kichererbsen (garbanzos vegetarianos) on protein. everything was very tasty, even the brot, which tasted fresh. added, I liked the brot so much I ordered it the second time so that I could keep it to the breakfast the next day. the restaurant and the terrace are beautifully decorated, there are often groups of tourists, music is sometimes played live outside of neighboring restaurants, and the staff is polite. do not forget the reserve.
There is no question that this restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious Cuban dishes on their extensive menu.
Definitely a discovery, the food is phenomenal and the quality-price ratio is great. The service is exceptional, I would dare to say it's European since in Cuba it's not always like that, the place has class and also the presentation of the dishes. The only problem is that you have to make a reservation or go early because it's not very big and it gets crowded since if you go once, you will definitely come back.
