Mcdonalds - Havant

Popped in to have breakfast with my son around 10am. Ordered food using the screen and booked table service!! Whilst we were waiting at our table around 6 Uber, just eat driver's entered and were served pretty quickly.and left with their orders We were still waiting... 20 minutes, passed so I asked at the counter how long it will be, they advised they were extremely busy...then the same delivery drivers from before came back in and again we're served with their orders. Then a lad turned up with my order.. unfortunately it wasn't right was cold so I said to take them away and get my full order correct and hot. Then....a chap started ranting about how long it's taken for his order and was very abrupt with staff, then my order turned up by this time, it was 10:38am. Whilst eating finally another man came in shouting and marched into the kitchen area obviously not a happy customer...so because of this visit I will definitely not be returning.

Everything ordered was received and the food is very typically Mcdonald's. All things considered, there's nothing really to complain about.

Ordered through Just Eat. McDonald’s at Larchwood missed half of my family order and the rest of the food that was delivered was stone cold. Pretty sure our Coke Zero was hotter. After phoning the branch and stating they missed my items the child manager who I’m pretty sure hasn’t grown a pair clearly stated it’s not his problem it was Just Eats. Please explain how Just Eat who only delivers the food is too blame for this?!!! All I can say is stay clear of The Larchwood McDonalds are all morons who don’t give a fudge about customer satisfaction. Tell my children why they only got half a meal and I had to pay again at a different mcdonalds.

I am frustrated with the poor attention to detail at this restaurant. Today, I simply ordered 2 quarter pounder meals and some cheese bites. I specifically requested no onions on one of the burgers, yet it still came with onions. This is not the first time this mistake has occurred, as it has happened multiple times when dining in or ordering through delivery services.

I stopped by the drive-thru for a quick snack and ordered a few items. After being asked to park and wait, I waited 15 minutes only to be informed that they had forgotten about my order. An older woman quickly handed me my bag without even offering an apology before walking away.
