Surf Shack Cafe - Havant

The food was delicious and the waitstaff were very helpful and polite, although the person taking the orders seemed to be in a bad mood. It's not fair to complain to customers about internal staffing issues. Overall, it was still a treat for me, but it did detract from the occasion.

This is a lovely cafe, with a reasonable amount of outside seating. They do an excellent selection of baps, and a lovely range of cakes and chocolate bars. We had a sausage and egg bap, and a slice of carrot cake absolutely delicious. The prices are very reasonable too We will certainly be using the cafe again.

Lovely café with affordable and quick service. It can get windy so adding some glass screens would be helpful. The staff are extremely friendly.

Lovely location overlooking marina. Sit outside in the sun and watch the yachties. Breakfast/brunch offerings are good, so is the coffee. At £4 a slice, the gluten-free brownie was expensive but delicious. Staff had a bit of an attitude this time, but overall a good experience.

Congratulations to Surf Shack for providing customers with a delicious gluten-free chocolate cake. As someone who is coeliac, it's great to be able to enjoy coffee and cake on the beach for only £3. This is the only place I know of on the beach that offers gluten-free options. Well done Surf Shack!
