Tim Hortons - Havelock

Always friendly. The staff remember my order, so it is waiting for me at the checkout.

Hot chocolate was rich and creamy. Not watery as I get at some other Timmy's.

Place was very busy at the time, a lot of people were waiting on orders. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 donuts, received quick and on our way.

This is always one of my favorite Tim Hortons until today. Lady taking our order at 2:20 was rude and has no social skills. Asked to pull ahead and they would bring out our order but there was no place to park. Please do better Havelock Tim Hortons.

Passing through havelock to work I stopped for two simply bacons, instead I received only one and it was sausage. No problem, called them and they said they would correct that the next time I came in. Fast forward a week, I go back for the correct order buy a chocolate milk. I open the sandwiches in the car to find they are burnt to almost a crisp (I did ask for double toasted, but this was beyond toasted) so that gets returned for two more, simply bacon sandwiches. Those two were fine, but when I got to work 25 minutes away I open my chocolate milk and it's expired!!! 3 days expired!!I'm not one to complain but come on Havelock Tim's, do better. Your lack of competence is apauling.
