Friendly's - Haverhill

Very long wait to get in with kids and for food. Will find a different location, seems understaffed.

Laura was FANTASTIC!!! Taking orders at the window and us as a table... and the food... THE FOOD was PERFECT!My son loved his tiny cheese burgers and mini mozz and my HBBQ melt and loaded waffle fries were on point

Alexis was our server tonight! She is an absolute angel! She was quick to get to us even with a wait, and made sure everything was okay and on top of checking in with everyone else in the dining room with a genuine personality and smile! I also noticed that the restaurant was pretty clean, and the dinning room was busy! But everyone was lively and lovely! It honestly felt like before when it was okay to make conversation with the table next to you, and it was… shall I say Friendly?

We have sorely missed our beloved Friendly's that closed a couple of years ago in Rochester, NH. So we were thrilled to find this one in Haverhill! We had a great meal, great service, and of course delicious ice cream!

Despite being short staffed, service was friendly and quick.
