The restaurant has announced on its website that it is temporarily closed due to flooding and advises patrons to check back for updates on their reopening. On Tuesday, August 8th, heavy rainfall caused the storm drains along Route 125 to overflow significantly, resulting in torrents of water cascading into Joseph's. We had been preparing to open a second location at 6 Moulton Way in downtown Haverhill, but now we will focus all our efforts on this downtown move and hope to make it happen as soon as we can.

Overall, the food was great, but the service from the new server was quite poor, and the manager was unhelpful. To top it off, I was charged for my tiramisu, which was getting warmer by the second. Fortunately, the quality of the food made up for the lack of hospitality from the staff. Next time, I think I’ll opt for takeout. The overall food quality was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, also rated 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was delightful, creating a lovely environment to enjoy the meal, so I would rate it a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Ravioli Di Ricotta, Fresh Baked Bread, Lobster Ravioli, Eggplant Parmigiana, and the Small Caesar Salad with Anchovies. Don't forget to save room for dessert — the pastries are a must-try!
