They were incredibly helpful in supporting our fundraiser!

My mom and I visited the restaurant for lunch, and I found the cashier to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. I ordered a steak and cheese pita, which was both delicious and filling. My mom chose a hot vegetable pita, and she absolutely loved it and is eager to return. Noticing that we both have disabilities, the staff kindly brought our food to our table. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. The restaurant was also very clean, including the men's restroom.

Having grown up enjoying Papa Gino's, I always find myself craving their pizza whenever I'm in the area. I realize this might color my review, but here it is anyway. My latest order of a classic cheese pizza and breadsticks was fantastic. The combination of their signature cheese blend and sauce was incredibly tasty. The crust was perfectly crunchy on the outside while remaining chewy on the inside. However, it seems that Papa Gino's may be facing some challenges. I've noticed many pizzerias closing down across various cities in New England. It might be time for the company or franchise to consider an upgrade. I suggest keeping the menu as is, while enhancing the locations. Increasing advertising efforts and improving the already user-friendly online ordering system could make a difference. They could also benefit from a fresh image, perhaps with a new logo or spokesperson. There's definitely potential for growth and success here.

When I thought, “ cheese pizza” I definitely was NOT expecting this high degree quality and taste. Good lord that’s tasty…thx guys.

Mike the manager was fantastic! Somehow my pizza order was messed up online and I got 2 large NO cheese pizzas instead of extra cheese. After calling Mike had the pizzas remade free of charge. Great service!
