Domino's Pizza - Havering

I went into the restaurant and asked if they could do half of the pizza with a tomato base and the other half plain because I can't eat tomatoes. The staff member cut me off before I could finish my question and said no. When I tried to explain further, she interrupted me again and refused to accommodate my request. However, when my partner asked if they could make an entire pizza without tomato base, they surprisingly said yes. At that point, I decided to go somewhere else for pizza. It's disappointing that they couldn't make a simple adjustment for the sake of a £25 order.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this restaurant today. My order arrived and after trying one slice of pizza, I couldn't bring myself to eat another as it was basically just tomato on bread. I called to complain to the manager, who simply laughed and showed no concern. The staff's attitude was terrible and they were a letdown for Domino's. I will not be returning. Furthermore, I was not provided a refund because we had eaten one slice, which I found to be a ridiculous response. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs.

I placed an order for takeaway using an app, which came to around £70. I received a confirmation email but after waiting an hour, the delivery did not arrive. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was informed that they needed to confirm payment for cash orders, but I never received a call for this. The person on the phone first apologized and said they usually call to confirm, but then claimed they had called three times, which was not true. After a lot of back and forth, it was clear that my order had not even been started. I decided to cancel and order from Pizza Hut instead, where I got the same pizzas for £40.21 and received them in 40 minutes. This experience was a complete waste of time and I will not be ordering from them again. Additionally, the prices were too high.

I had to wait and ask for service with about 6 people present. Then after I stood and ordered it in front of the guy I received the wrong order! What right part of the order we did receive was disgusting, dry and tasteless! How this place has received any stars at all is beyond me! They agreed to deliver the correct pizza but by then I’d chucked the rest of it as it was inedible. If you’re going to sell food then make sure it’s cooked correctly and tastes like a pizza! Absolute garbage!! FYI I would’ve given zero but have to give at least one star!! Laughable!

I placed my order on-line as my young daughter and friend were going to collect it. I received an email confirmation of the exact order and time. However, when they went to collect the order wasn't ready and they had to wait 25 minutes for it. They were offered cookies as a compensatory gesture but these never materialized.
