Hanoi's Pho - HAVERTOWN

The food is consistently excellent. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I keep returning to the chicken curry, even though I've sampled other dishes.

I was really let down by my experience. I came across a review claiming this is the best pho in Philly, and as someone who loves pho, I was eager to give it a try. However, I’ve never had "bad" pho before until now. I've had my fair share of average and excellent pho, but this was just poor quality. The spring rolls I ordered were overcooked and difficult to chew. Part of me wants to give the restaurant another chance because it seems hard to believe it could be this bad consistently, but I’m struggling to justify spending my money here again. Proceed with caution.

The food quality is inconsistent. sometimes its amazing and sometimes it misses the mark. the chicken and jasmine rice was dry and not good. fried rice was plain and tasteless. the grilled shrimp wasnt as yummy. I wont stop ordering from here because its normally good but as of late, it hasnt been.

We ordered the beef soup and chicken with roasted rice. Take a look at the pictures. The beef seems to be from the sausage, and the fried chicken is very overcooked. What do you think?
