Szechuan Hill - HAVERTOWN

We have been loyal customers of this restaurant for many years, but tonight we had our first disappointing experience. We placed a large order through GrubHub, but only received two out of the three ducks we requested, one of the three dumplings, and a small fried rice instead of the large one we had ordered. It was quite frustrating. When we called the restaurant, the woman who answered denied our order, despite it clearly being their mistake. She was completely unhelpful. GrubHub issued a refund for us. Although we were missing many items, the food we did receive was as good as always. I can't help but wonder if the restaurant is under new management. Overall, today’s experience was very disappointing.

Great food with gluten-free options available. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick.

Best Chinese food in drexel hill hands down wish they would serve more rice as a side a a to go maybe ear in serve more over all food taste delicious. I ordered beef broccoli and Hunan chicken excellent chicken and broccoli a lil bland.

I am very particular about Chinese food. This is my go to place. Food is great and freshly made.. It used to be super crowded inside. Hopefully they open it back up soon to indoor dining. Support local small businesses like this. They suffered greatly from thepandemic
