Pizza Hut - Havre de Grace

It was the best pizza I've had from Pizza Hut in my four years in Maryland. The customer service was also very polite.

Yes, it was just pizza, but the food was served promptly, fresh, and delicious, and our server was attentive and on top of everything. We left feeling fantastic after a lovely lunch. The decor was clean and well-maintained. Even the kitchen looked organized and spotless. Kudos to the server; they set a high standard for service. The management of this location should be proud of the quality they deliver to their customers. Although we don't live nearby, we will definitely return if we're in the area. To the staff here, please continue providing such excellent food and service! It is truly recognized and appreciated.

Typically, this restaurant is quite good. However, during my last visit, I had to wait for about 9 minutes just to place my order for two pizzas. A few days later, I received my order (which was a delivery), and it was satisfactory. But when I went to pick up my pizza, the crust was completely crushed. Additionally, the pizza with bell peppers barely had any cheese on it! I'm not sure if there's been a change in management, but the staff is always friendly.

The staff did an excellent job considering they were understaffed. Those who were there were working very hard to deliver good food in a timely manner. They were behind in their deliveries in house/carryout/delivery, and some customers were very unappreciative, but we worked in restaurants when we were younger and understand the challenges they had last night. We will go back, but will avoid the busier hours until we see the staffing levels improving. Please thank the Havre de Grace staff for us, we appreciate their efforts during busy/challenging nights.
