Pizza hut on century. very dissapointed. order wasent right. and did not get any of the condiments i requested. but the pizza. hut. on. hawthorne blvd. was. very nice. when. i. stayed at the aryss hotel
Customer service was good but so disappointed in the pizza. I usually check reviews but today I didn't. I'll never order from here again. I've never had my toppings roll off the pizza. I ordered a large 3 topping pizza. Double pepperoni , chicken and mushrooms. It's as if they forgot to add the chicken and mushrooms and just threw them on top of the pizza. Word of advice just check your pizza before you leave.
If I could give Zero I would. I will be writing Corporate. Emanuel the MOD this evening when I called to mention my two personal pizzas that cost me 33.46 dollars to have delivered arrived in soggy boxes and uncooked. So uncooked I had to pop in the oven while I called the store. Not only was this manager the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL sand had ZERO interest in helping me he said hold for like 3 minutes after I explained nicely, he returns to say ok what do you want me to do? I 'm like head scratcher, I 'm hungry but seriously? I 'd like you to make it right. Ok I 'll have my driver come back to pick them up and you can wait 2-3 business days for a refund. how about let me offer xxxx fill it in this was by far a shitty experience and the personal pan pizzas? Lost its appeal especially after receiving two half baked!!! I will NEVER buy from Pizza Hut ever again! Here I go to dispute my charge as their manager said to do! Unbelievable !
My family and I ordered from this location through the website ... we ordered the big pizza box, Cinnabons and a soda. I opted for CONTACTLESS delivery to be left at the door. Within 10 mins I received a text stating that my order was out for delivery. I live in an apartment complex so my place isn 't big and was sitting in the living room. About 10 minutes in I go out to see if possibly my order was left outside, I look out and nothing. Now my phone is set up to auto forward numbers I don 't have saved which I don 't think would be an issues as my order was supposed to be left at the door. Now again I 'm waiting to see if I hear a knock or see someone pass by and nothing, about 25 mins in I receive a message from the staff 13109788100 Deposited a new message: Hi, I 'm calling from Pizza Hut just to let you know the driver is outside. He 's only gonna wait three more minutes and your order is cancelled out there. Take care. I find it strange again because I 'm in my living room with my blinds open and never seen anyone approach my door. I go out an no one is there. I call the store and they tell me the drivers been outside for 20 mins and they are talking to him and I told them well my delivery was set for contactless delivery and they confirmed my address again. 2 minutes later here comes the driver zooming into the parking lot. I 'm now on my phone with my husband and the driver in a rude tone says I 've waiting down here for over 15 minutes and I called you. I said well I didn 't have my phone at hand which again I wouldn 't need with CONTACTLESS delivery. And he looks at me annoyed and say mmm . I 'm just saying why ask what type of delivery I want if they are still going to do what they want. I spent $54 on my order which I felt was bit high but I thought well it 's ok since I didn 't want to cook. To top it off the Cinnabons were raw, the pizza was more crust than pizza and again no sauce for the breadsticks. For this type of service and food quality I won 't be ordering from here again
