Mcdonald's - Hayesville

Ordered and paid for hot fudge sundae, picked up at the window gave us the ice cream without any mention of they were out of hot fudge, was going to let us drive off without telling us, we just noticed as we started to leave drive up Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Long lines, mediocre food, orders are usually screwed up. Had a mental block that day, as I stopped eating there, many years ago. It won't happen again. 9/23/24 was in the area and thought I'd give it another chance. 23 minutes at the drive-thru with three vehicles in front of me and it never moved once. I got out and went inside and there was a group of people waiting on their orders. I stood at the counter with one person in front of me and 16 minutes later I had not been helped. I turned and Left seeing that nothing has changed in 4 years and I can guarantee everybody that I will never be back. McDonald's is pretty much the worst wherever you go and could take some serious lessons from Chick Fil-A

Service is very slow, orders not always correct. Leave you standing in lobby for a good minute before your acknowledged then when they hand you your food they don't even ask if you need anything else. People working there move like turtles. Parking: Not well layed out for those who are struggling to move.
