I was very happy that they had a duck larb that was a big plate of meat and salad and was just as spicy as you find them in Laos. Curries were much milder but still good. The bar itself had 90% Asian clientele, perhaps due to the terrible band doing easy listening covers it’s just like being in Thailand. They even have buckets of four Changs for $20.
Got the chilli basil beef, $15.90 and a free schooner Cheap meals that are delicious
One of my most favorite places to chill out back in the days of student life in Sydney. Having met and made some good friends here, that memory is something I really treasure. C Bar is specialized in Thai cuisine (which is also my favorite) and the beer here is sold at very reasonable price. Some more to be noted: Live Thai band performance almost everyday. Large pokie room. Great location, just some steps across Belmore to reach Central station.
Great atmosphere with really friendly staff . Upstairs lounge with attached pool room was great! Food was awesome and reasonably priced.
Affordable lunch option from Thai to Thai food and some classic bistro food like steak, chicken carving and burger. ordered pad see ew with huh, for lunch with extra 1 piece spring roll for $9.90 eating is good enough, and nit too fat. jump roll was also ok.
