Regardless of booking and the fact that there's no other diners it took half an hour for entrees to arrive and an hour after being seated we still have no food. Having a limited time for lunch as a part of a conference and that the restaurant couldn't accommodate the only patrons of the restaurant was disappointing. The restaurant management was by far the worst service we've experienced with the hotel so far, no apology in the slightest or follow up to our questions. The hotel front office management were slightly more apologetic but by then it was far too late The food itself is hardly worth the wait, with lack of effort from staff and mediocre food. We've recommended our conference company not to return here in the future. eatventures.net

Im novotel hotel at 18:30 clock, I was surprised by the look of the restaurant. it was in an open space, with white plastic and black chairs, and it looked more like a kantine than a restaurant in a hotel. at the time there was only another diner, and the staff was shocked that we wanted to go there. When I told them we had a booking that I did a few days before, they couldn't find them.
