Technically they are still in chinatown, but more at the edge far away from the action and this part of the block is thaitown to be exact. now, if it eats cheap, snacks or a quick fixation for the lunch that they leave home because of the hurry to work as this place has its back. sticky reis lunchboxen with salat, huh, fried pig are a convenient filling for everyone. but what makes this place so fun to visit are the random specials when these babys are marked on and on the theke they are a selection of dumplings, spits and other broken tasty items on a tablet for them to pick and pack on one piece.

Ho's has been around since I first came to Sydney in 1980, the taste is the best one can eat, due to the food itself taste like what in Hong Kong cooking is. will always have something whenever I am in Sydney Chinatown, very reasonable much cheaper than what is being sold and eaten at the most reputable restaurant in Sydney NSW. importantly they are super fresh even though frozen items are great taste items, to be eaten and enjoyed. very nice for house parties dim sim's items excellent for serving to the guest, I do that every time I have a gathering and party.
This is one of dim sum factory around China town. The place is selling also all kind of frozen dim sum items at the back freezer and fridges. At the front, they also sells hot items on display, so so you can enjoy on the spot. Try their siomay, not bad at all.
