Bay City Bistro - Hayward

The orange chicken was overcooked, and there were no broccoli pieces included. Food: 1/5

I ordered the Asian chicken salad, and it was nothing like what was described or shown on the website. It was advertised as a mix of chopped lettuce, cabbage, and carrots, like most Asian salads, but what I received was a bed of romaine lettuce topped with just a few pieces of chicken, some peanuts, and crispy noodles. The dressing was good, but it really wasn’t what I was expecting. Furthermore, we ordered extra Au Jus with the beef sandwich, but that was missing as well. The customer service at the pickup counter was not very good either.

Just ate at Bay city bistro. Great sandwich, I had the italian combo, fresh tasty roll, lots of fresh meat, good provolone, will be back on a weekly basis. Clean place. Only complaint, turn off the CNN and put on some sports talk. :
