Charleys Cheesesteaks - Hayward

They say “#1 cheesesteaks in the world” but I have to admit it is not the #1, like it’s okay but definitely not number one or number two actually probably not even number 3 so it’s just really deceptive

They were quick to make my order but it’s like you were eating paper. No salt, no flavor, nothing. The fries were also unsalted.

I’ve had way better the service was normal but the sandwich was very tasteless I don’t know if they don’t care or if the management needs to get re trained to make sure everything is running

Cheese steak was ok. Staff did not explain how order works. No information that toppings can be chosen. They should make offers.

I would’ve loved to give this place 5 star but then they wanna rip me off by charging me a refill can this place do any better instead of tryna take money for free!!!
