Cold Stone Creamery - Hayward

The ambiance at this restaurant is not great, as it is crowded and lit with fluorescent lights. It is not ideal for hanging around and chatting. The non-dairy flavors are overly sweet and lack real flavor. However, the mix-ins are enjoyable and the serving sizes are generous. Overall, I would not choose to return to this restaurant.

When paying for your order at this restaurant, be sure to double check that you are receiving the items you requested. I ordered two of the same items and loved them, but unfortunately, only received one of each when I got home to share with my family. Additionally, make sure to ask for a receipt before leaving, as I was not offered one and had difficulty returning or calling to address the issue. The staff charged me for two items I loved, but only gave me one of those and one of a different item, resulting in a price difference. While the mistake may seem small, it speaks to the integrity of the business. The staff were friendly, but they need to be more attentive when serving customers.

I had my first visit to this restaurant and it was delicious. The customer service was excellent as well, with the staff being very kind and friendly.

It just so creamy. I get the Banana, with heath bar, white chocolate chips and Carmel sauce ???? ???? sooooo good.

Cold stone is my favorite place for ice cream and their brownies. Today I treated my best friend to ice cream . First of all let me say I'm handicap with speech impairment and a senior person while placing my order the server was impatient anddisrespectful to me cause I wasn't able to communicate my order to her understanding she yelled at me that if I wasn't ready toorder she wouldn't take my order. If she had any customer service skills and her sensitivity to my disability. I'll stillpatronize but not the Hayward store they lack sensitivity trying. Wow my treatment was awful.
