Not going back. 1) Too long a wait when at the speaker (4-5 minutes) 2) Overcharging. I wanted a croissant with added egg and cheese. He instead chose to do. #22, take out sausage, ADD egg white/cracked egg? it already has egg!!! 3) Stressed manager atwindow handing out orders doesn?t attempt to listen. The manager at window repeated ?that?s everything boss? multiple timesinstead of hearing to what I wanted (sauce condiments). 4) Still gets order wrong. Yay! Since you?re raising prices of foodby over 20%, please consider helping your workers more. Not recommended.
This is my favorite Jack in the Box location, and now with the mobile app, it's even more convenient. I can just place my order, head over, and pick it up right away without having to wait.
I decided to order a simple cheeseburger and a 10-piece chicken nuggets from this restaurant. I placed my order during a lull in drive-thru traffic, so my order was taken, processed, and ready in just 4 minutes and 46 seconds - a surprisingly quick turnaround for this particular establishment. I was impressed by the efficiency and speed of service and would definitely consider visiting again in the future.
The management at this restaurant is extremely disrespectful to their employees, which results in slow service. The staff takes a long time to bring out the food because they are lacking team support.
